The whole design and development is being done by Richard MANTIK as a requirement for a special class that he attended on BINUS Training Center with a guidance of an experienced instuctor "Oqie Mulia" who has developed an official website for Ungu Band.
About the Author
Richard MANTIK is a Software Engineer who has developed over 30 large applications in the past. His speciality is in programming database driven softwares for both desktop and web platform. Later in his career, he became more and more interested in web based application development. At some point, he begin to realize the importance of web design to back up his skillset on his career path. Then, he decided to take a special class "Web Design" at BINUS Training Center.
For the completion of the course, he is required to design and develop a website. He has 2 options whether to implement a wedding or a group band website. Since he has so much interests on arts and music, he decided to take the topic "group band".
He believe that Korean music industry is different from any other music industry in the world. For him, it is very nice and entertaining to see a combination of pop, rap, R&B, hip-hop and dance just in a single K-pop performance. SNSD (So Nyeo Shi Dae) was the very first Korean group band which introduced him to the Korean music industry. As a gratitude to SNSD, he has been doing his best to make this fansite as best as he can.
The name "SNSD Universe" is chosen for this website. It means that this website is for everyone, not only just fans, but also people who haven't heard the name SNSD before, who might be interested to get to know about SNSD.
